How to invite external partners to the slack channel

Overview:

This guide will show you how you can invite users to your slack channel from a different organisation.

Prerequisites:

You need to be a member of the group on Slack
Maximum limit per channel is up to 19 invites
This must be approved by IT Admins ( you do not need to contact IT Support for approval, this request will be sent automatically.)

Outline of the process steps:

1. Slack Channels Details

2. Details Dashboard

3. Send Invitation

Add partners email address and write an invitation note (you can add multiple email addresses at the same time)
Select Done
