Prerequisite : Only Channel owner or Workspace admins can do this
1.Go to the channel in question
2.Click on details at the top right
3.Click on More and then on Additional options
4.Select the option 'Change to Private Channel'
5.Click on 'Change to Private'
Note : Once you make channel private, you cant revert it to Public
